Jenna developed a strong interest for human movement and musculoskeletal pain from a young age when she competed in Academy Netball sustaining many injuries herself throughout her career. Her understanding of the rehabilitation process, from both a patient and health professional perspective, means that she appreciates the challenges faced with recovery and the importance of tailoring a program to suit individual goals and lifestyle.

Applying up-to-date evidence into her practice is something she is very passionate about and means that she is able to provide optimal management for all of her patients. Jenna incorporates a hands-on approach, in conjunction with a strong emphasis on education and exercise prescription, to enhance self-management and promote long term recovery.
