Bone Builders is a safe, supportive strength-training program designed with the latest evidence to help manage and prevent osteoporosis. This class focuses on improving bone density, increasing muscle strength, enhancing balance, and reducing the risk of falls and fractures.
Using targeted weight-bearing and resistance exercises twice each week, participants build stronger bones while improving posture, stability, and overall confidence in daily movement.
