Clinical exercise promotes body awareness and optimal form to target early and complete recovery from injury, prevent re-injury, promote musculoskeletal health and enhance performance.
Our programs are based on thorough assessments and are developed during one-to-one sessions, making them suitable for all ages and abilities. They can be continued on a one-to-one basis, in one of our classes, or performed independently. Our classes are comprised of small groups and are closely supervised by physiotherapists for technique optimisation and exercise progression, making them suitable for rebates under private health cover.
We offer clinical exercise in the form of home programs, hydrotherapy programs, gym programs and studio programs. Home programs are developed within standard physiotherapy consultations. Hydrotherapy, gym and studio programs are developed within specific exercise consultations.
